Soak the dates for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Finely puree the soaked dates with a hand blender. Finely chop the roasted almonds with a large knife and mix with the date puree to form a paste.

Form small balls from this dough. Roll these balls through any ingredient from the "Ingredients" list above and garnish on a plate or wrap in sandwich paper.
