Měkké brusinky – slazené

Soft cranberries bring an exciting interplay of fruity acidity and berry sweetness to your everyday snacking. Even at first glance, the intensely colored, red berries are inviting and the scent is reminiscent of a handful of fresh cranberries. Chewing reveals what makes them "soft": the berries are pleasantly soft and release their fruity flavor bit by bit with every bite. As they end up as whole fruits in the bag, you experience the berries very consciously - no tiny pieces, but visible berries that you grab very specifically.

The special consistency is a key feature of soft cranberries. While classic dried fruit tends to be firm, soft fruit glides smoothly over the tongue. This effect makes every bite pleasant and allows the fruity flavor to gradually emerge. The berries still remain easy to hold and retain their outer shape, as they are processed as whole cranberries. This allows you to experience every single snack moment instead of just catching small pieces of fruit in the mix. The soft consistency is perfect for relaxed moments of indulgence when you take time to snack - for example while reading, planning the next day or listening to your favorite playlist.

Soft cranberries go well in mixed snack bowls in which you combine different products. A few soft cranberries next to crunchy sweet nuts create an exciting contrast of soft and crunchy textures. You can also be inspired by classic nut and fruit mixes and combine soft cranberries with cashews, almonds or hazelnuts.
Other fruit varieties are also available, such as fruit potato chips with a crunchy bite or prunes with a creamy texture. Put together different mixtures depending on the occasion: a fruity variant with several dried fruits, a snack bowl with a high nut content or a colorful mixture for a movie night.

Soft cranberries are very easy to incorporate into your personal eating routine because they can be enjoyed straight from the bag without any preparation. A fixed place on your desk reminds you to take a little break from time to time and consciously enjoy the fruity, tart taste. At home, place a bowl of soft cranberries in the living room, ready to hand next to the pile of books or TV. At the next game night, bring them along as part of a colorful snack platter and combine them with nuts or other favorite products from the Seeberger range. Many people use them to create a little everyday ritual: open the bag, breathe in the scent, take a berry, pause for a moment and enjoy.

Soft cranberries add a fruity, tangy note to your cooking and also go well in recipes with savory components. In salads, sprinkle a small handful over leaf salads, couscous or bulgur bowls and combine them with roasted nuts. This creates an exciting contrast of soft berries and crunchy topping, in keeping with Seeberger's diverse snack world. In hot dishes, you can round off vegetable stir-fries, baked vegetables or rice dishes by briefly adding the soft cranberries at the end of the cooking time. The fruity aroma combines with spicy components such as roasted vegetables or cheese and adds a bright red color accent to the plate.

Cranberries are naturally rather sour and often have tart notes. Compared to other dried fruits, a snack made from pure dried berries would have a very strong and distinctly sour taste. The sweetening of soft cranberries helps to balance out the fruity-sour profile and make the flavor pleasant to experience. This creates the typical soft taste that you can enjoy straight from the bag. At the same time, the focus remains on the snack character, in line with Seeberger's philosophy of offering you selected nuts and dried fruit in premium quality as uncomplicated everyday companions.

A direct comparison with other dried fruits often shows whether soft cranberries will become your new favorite snack. If you prefer fruity and sour accents and like a soft, pleasantly yielding consistency, it's best to go straight for soft cranberries. If you prefer something crunchy, fruit potato chips could be your favorite.
If you like creamy, juicy fruit, soft figs offer a completely different taste profile. The easiest way is to try small portions side by side and consciously pay attention to flavor, texture and snacking behavior. Our range offers you many opportunities to test out your taste preferences and develop your very own snacking style.
